condition
started
a
while
back
about
six
years
ago
December
20
th
,
2016,
she
visited
the
Bellin
Health
Physical
Medicine
Neuro
Consultant,
for
severe
pain
in
her
head,
the
attending
physician
Dr.
Brian
A
Knapp,
evaluated
her
and
his
diagnosis
was
that
she
suffered
from
Cerebrovascular
Accident due to Thrombosis of left Anterior Cerebral Artery.

has
Cerebral
infarction,
unspecified
(HCC)
for
those
of
you
who
don’t
know
what
that
means,
and
believe
me
I
did
not
know
myself,
I
have
taken
the
liberty
to
research
its
meaning
and
place
it
below.

A
stroke
is
a
medical
emergency.
There
are
two
types
-
ischemic
and
hemorrhagic.
Ischemic
stroke
is
the
more
common
type.
It
is
usually
caused
by
a
blood
clot
that
blocks
or
plugs
a
blood
vessel
in
the
brain.
This
keeps
blood
from
flowing
to
the
brain.
Within
minutes,
brain
cells
begin
to
die.
Another
cause
is
stenosis
or
narrowing
of the artery. This can happen because of atherosclerosis,
CEREBROVASCULAR:
I observed Therese having difficulty with her speech and later her mobility, at the time
I did not know what the reason was, because of the early effect of cerebrovascular
accident (CVA). Once more she was taken to the hospital for further observation
where she was diagnosed with Acute, but ill-defined, cerebrovascular disease, as her
condition worsen priority was given to that part of her head that needed surgery, later
she would be diagnosed with a condition called Obstructive hydrocephalus (HCC, in
9/24/21.

led
to
her
having
a
shunt
placed
in
her
head,
a
daily
progression,

January
11
th
,
2017,
Therese
was
hospitalized
at
the
Ascension
Columbia
St.
Mary’s
Hospital in Milwaukee she suffered a stroke and was being treated there.
BRAIN STROKE
A DAILY RECORD OF THERESE HOSPITAL & REHAB STAY

Thursday:
8/10/17
morning
was
supposed
to
be
another
eventful
day
in
our
life,
as
usual,
my
wife
would
be
wide
awake
and
crawling
out
of
bed
next
to
me,
she
got
out
of
bed
alright
but
she
was
not
her
chirpy
self,
she
was
mumbling
to
me
I
could
not
understand what she was saying, normally I do.
Well
knowing
that
she
had
suffered
several
strokes
before
I
was
prepared
for
the
fact
that
she
could
not
walk
when
she
could
walk
the
night
before
got
me
concerned,
Knowing
that
she
could
get
better
treatment
within
the
first
hour
if
seen
by
a
physician, I took her to the hospital of choice Columbia St. Mary’s.
On
arriving
at
the
emergency
she
was
treated
by
the
physicians
her
condition
was
diagnosed she was admitted and taken to room 6253 in the care of Dr. Kehr.
The
original
diagnosis
of
her
condition
after
viewing
the
MIR
was
that
she
had
suffered
multiple
strokes,
the
physician
was
not
able
at
the
time
to
pinpoint
where
it
was coming from.
Therese
is
equipped
with
a
loop
recorder
the
information
collected
showed
no
abnormalities,
although
no
significant
information
was
collected
however
the
fact
that
there
were
no
abnormalities
meant
that
they
could
cross
out
heart
fibula
ion
or
areas
about the heart
Friday:
8/11/17
:
So
the
test
begins
the
first
in
line
was
of
course
the
MIR
followed
by
a
head
x-ray
and
observation,
Therese
was
on
the
drug
Plavix,
Plavix
is
a
blood
thinner
it
is
supposed
to
deter
stroke
in
many
cases
the
drug
works,
however
in
Therese case the drug did not work as expected.
Behind
the
scenery
the
doctors
continue
to
attack
the
cause
of
Therese’s
continuous
stroke
episodes,
I
was
informed
of
the
latter
of
their
findings
which
was
nothing
at
this
time,
but
they
assured
me
that
they
were
consulting
the
case,
I
needed
a
little
more
information
from
the
doctors
making
the
decisions
on
Therese
case
and
requested the presence of one of them.
We
talked
I
told
him
since
they
were
still
baffled
as
to
the
origins
of
the
stroke
I
believe
it’s
time
we
switch
gears
and
look
elsewhere,
I
told
him
about
Therese's
history
how
as
a
teenager
she
had
two
severe
accidents
first
she
was
trodden
down
by a bicycle which ran across her head
Second,
she
was
in
a
major
car
accident
and
suffered
a
heads
injury
could
this
be
the
cause
of
her
stroke,
the
physician
assured
me
that
the
x-rays
of
her
head
were
normal
showed
no
head
trauma
or
tumor
and
that
the
only
area
affected
was
the
previous stroke followed by multiply strokes
So
they
can
cross
out
head
injury
and
move
on
elsewhere,
also
since
the
Plavix
does
not
seems
to
do
the
job
they
have
decided
to
place
her
on
a
new
drug,
but
they
will
keep running test on her.
Saturday:
8/12/17
:
The
day
was
long
for
me
it
was
a
beautiful
day
later
in
the
evening
Dr.
Kehr
paid
patient
6253
that
is
Therese
a
visit,
and
we
talked
about
the
conversation
of
which
I
had
earlier
with
the
case
doctor,
he
told
me
that
they
would
start
her
off
on
COUMADIN
after
telling
him
my
fears
about
the
drug
he
assured
me
of
his
length
of
practice
and
that
they
would
take
all
precautions
to
start
her
off
right
on that drug
The
nurse
was
instructed
to
give
her
the
new
medication
in
the
evening
which
would
be
the
time
for
her
medication,
at
8:30
pm
Saturday
the
11
th
,
the
COUMADIN
was
given to her along with a shot of Lovenox.
It
is
now
11:30
pm
I
was
getting
exhausted
and
weary
I
decided
to
call
it
a
day
and
said
good
night
to
my
wife
after
taking
care
of
her
hygiene
and
saying
our
evening
prayers.
Sunday:
8/13/17
:
Stepping
into
patient
6253
room
that
the
wife's
room
I
was
greeted
by
her
outstretched
arms,
she
was
lying
naked
in
a
pool
of
urine
with
nothing
on.
Quickly
I
held
her
hands
and
proceeded
to
clean
her
up
and
clothed
her
in
my
haste
I
forgot
to
call
the
attendant
her
nurse,
it
so
happens
she
was
assigned
two
that
morning,
but
neither
was
present
Another
team
member
saw
me
and
proceeded
to
lend
me
a
helping
hand,
we
took
her
off
the
bed
place
her
on
the
commode
took
the
wet
gown
off
her,
later
about
twenty
minutes
or
so
after
she
had
finished
urinating
we
stood
her
up
and
proceeded
to
clean
her
and
clothe
her
which
brought
a
sigh
of
relief
to
her
face
and
mine
as
well
The
bulletin
board
strictly
states
her
condition
and
procedure
to
follow,
it’s
just
a
matter
of
following
through
and
paying attention.
This
started
me
off
on
a
worrisome
day
although
no
such
incident
like
this
has
happened
in
the
past,
let’s
hope
this
is
an
isolated
incident
I
have
great
respect
for
the
nurses
who
have
taken
care
of
her
from
the
time
she
was
placed
in
the
room
The
occupational
Therapist
saw
my
worried
face
and
inquire
as
to
my
dilemma
I
told
her
exactly
what
had
transpired,
she
indicated
that
she
would
convey
my
concerns
I
believe this to be an isolated incident.
Living With Hydrocephalus
THERESE ATKINS STORY Hydrocephalus is the build-up of too much cerebrospinal fluid in the brain. Normally, this fluid cushions your brain. When you have too much, though, it puts harmful pressure on your brain. Hydrocephalus can be congenital, or present at birth. Causes include genetic problems and problems with how the fetus develops. An unusually large head is the main sign of congenital hydrocephalus. Hydrocephalus SURGICAL HISTORY BEFORE AND AFTER Let me take you through Therese's intraventricular shunt placement, putting aside all reluctant and bad decisions finally on the eve of 9/30/2021 the surgeon perform an intraventricular shunt placement, folks even at this late hour to be honest we were briefed by the surgeon what the procedure entails and what he was planning to do to relieve the pressure on Therese's brain, the consultation lasted about twenty minutes, did I fully understood what he had just told me nope, yet to get the ball rolling I nodded my head in agreement. ONGOING MEDICAL CARE The Saga of Therese Atkins M i l w a u k e e F r o e d t e r t H o s p i t a l S e p t e m b e r 24, 2021, Therese fell sick, she is laying at Froedtert Hospital you should see what they had done to her, she went there for treatment but got a death sentence the verdict was to let her die slowly on her death bed, but Therese lay on the bed for twenty-seven hours without nourishment, yes as tough like nails she just would not die, the neurosurgery team made that decision collectively, they said Therese had a poor prognosis from Mount Sanaii hospital, and those licensee practitioners practicing medicine condemn her to die, when question why was the surgery not perform the came up with classic excuses saying that her husband requested to allow her to die in a hospice situation, truth be told that was the solution offered by the lady Neurosurgery who interview him, all lies, nothing to gain here that is exactly what happens when you play favorites and have no faith in the power of the Almighty God Jehovah, to heal the wonderful body he created. Thinking they are supreme and untouchable and could make decisions regarding life and death. But the pen is mightier than the sword, words from the poet will live on forever trust me As for the State QIO, they claim that their goal is to improve the overall quality of healthcare, please what a joke. QIO you have done Therese wrong this one-sided person interview cannot be your answer but it was, of course, my report to them was the biggest joke of the day, they make judgments based on partiality no witnesses to collaborate or support unfounded accusations from the hospital spokesperson, damage control, QIO, is a total joke a Don Quixote who charges at windmills, their investigation decision regarding Therese complaint case, is a blatant scam. A useless body of good for nothing. I weep and cry out loud for Therese I even threatened to sue the hospital if they don’t immediately perform the needed surgery, which prompt them to reverse their prior decision, they reluctantly provided the treatment to Therese because she won't and refused to die Therese do have a direct route to Almighty God Jehovah which we both serve he will surely snap her from the brink of death and back into life events forever proving those who condemn her to die how wicked and wrong.
