Rise Sirs, your country needs you and not in a negative way, set an example of responsible journal- ism with positive report vibration, just the facts, what’s gone is gone and can never come back again, look to the future gear up yourself, gird your loins and take back the Island from the corrupt- ness and savage killings, brighten up the corner where you are. You and I know that a house divided cannot stand, consider yourself all brothers and sisters in the Lord if you say in your mouth and profess to your brethren, that you love Almighty God! Then in his circle, there should be no hatred between brethren. Saint Lucians don’t forget that you are living on a little Island, enough to squeeze into a cup, hatred, wickedness, backbiting, and all that makes for hatred should cease, indeed the power of God is enough to manifest in the righteous, and the right- eous shall inherit the land, please love thy neighbor. Since you possess human weakness and are not able to control it, why not agree to disagree with your peers, many hands make light work, and a still tongue makes a head wise, if you must live in a state of madness consider yourself no better than those who persecute you, for the evil goes like a lion roaming seeking whom it can devour, be brave Lucian seek peace among all thing and yourselves. Point out each other errors in a civilized professional manner, avoid wrath keep your cool, some of you are given gifts of gab, and others smarts, and still, others are given wisdom but lack knowl- edge, the spreading of malicious gossip by those of opportunity is a dead end and destruction to a nation, yes the nation of simply beautiful Saint Lucia. SAINT LUCIA IN DECLINE !
Once we were proud of our heritage, the have and the have not, yet we lived side by side
Saint Lucia you can turn back the clock, stop the greed , stop the envy, stop the competition
ONCE UPON A TIME:
Saint Lucia has become the spoiled brat of the Caribbean and has adopted the monkey-see-monkey-doo
mentality, to be blunt the wit fields and mc coys have nothing on them, drive around the Island and you will
see extravagant lavish luxury, take for instant automobile, the old shack is falling but park in front is a brand
new automobile, there is hardly room enough for shoppers on any given Saturday shopping spree at various
shopping center, the amount of liquor and other essentials
purchase by any one individual can feed an army.
Various family functions, a wedding, a christening, holiday
parties like Christmas or New Year, for that matter any
holiday function is not grand enough if the function is not
taking place at a hotel with hundreds of patrons, there are
stalls lining up the roadway from Castries to Vieux- Fort
selling goods and services, the more they have the more
they want.
That in itself has resorted in its citizen breaking into each
other homes, and selling drugs to satisfy their wants and
needs, Saint Lucia the reality of living is to provide for the
common needs, not wants, there will always have the poor,
the needy, and the rich, but most Lucians are not satisfied
with the little that they got, their inflated ego has become
outrageous, yet it’s a foregone conclusion, and the reality is
that our people are being victimized, the question is who
knows who is pulling the strings, could be any member of a
family.
A business, I ask the question? Who is being represented
here!, saying there is no need to Levy a tax is prosperous
and outrageous, that the security of the people does not matter, the Levy is intended to biff up the rundown
police administration, so we don’t beg for assistance to secure our life and liberties, to build adequate
hospitals, health centers, promote and educate the people enabling them to become doctors, nurses,
dentists, to produce the right medicine for the sick in the pharmacy.
If saving a penny is more important to you than the welfare of your people, you need a wake-up call, everyone
knows to get something done for a community is by raising taxes, contributing to the welfare of the nation,
voluntarily asking for donations to perform this worthy cause will not render one cent from the sector,
everyone will be too broke to care.
My grandmother use to say, only those who put their hands in the fire, know if it's hot, so Saint Lucia talk is
cheap, help yourself to help others, one thing for sure all business in Saint Lucia except for a few, is already
overpricing their goods and services, and that’s a fact, yet the citizen’s are finding ways to make purchases of
all sorts, like I said the old shack is leaking but there and behold park a brand new vehicle of sorts.
It is a good thing for a nation to prosper, it shows the wealth of this nation as being
FOOLISH VIRGINS THE EMBARRASSMENT:
There is a time to breakdown and a time to rebuild, it is apparent that the powers, do not
want to proceed full steam on this worthwhile project, like everything else about the
welfare of the people of Saint Lucia, always place in limbo or condemn indefinitely, can
you see where the mindset of the people in charge is heading towards that project.
Priority should be given to accomplishing and finishing building a decade ago, that is how
important this means to the people of Saint Lucia, instead of making a foolish statement
that leads to a dead end, in my opinion, half the battle to combat crime is futile if you
arrest them, it is a fact that you will release them by finding excuses to not having a house
to put them in, Saint Lucia don’t be like those foolish virgins, who did not trim or fill their
lamps with oil, and was left in the dark unable to meet the bride.
There is a reality in Saint Lucia that denounce the importance of anything that benefits
the public, the answer is ???, beginning from the burnout hospital in the South, and other
important structures around the Island, Saint Lucia yes your priority stinks, you put entertainment pleasure before public welfare, yes
you know what I mean, the cricket grounds marvelous, the Jazz Festival venue marvelous, anything to do with internment quickly done.
To cover up the embarrassment of not having this brand new housing for the RSPF, THE FINGERS, AND JAWS STARTS GAPING, shame on
